A solo session on the back of a big week last week so I'm very happy with this.  Every time I do a session I haven't done for a while I'm pulling my ave speed down by about 10 seconds per km.

Easy 8km to test out right calf.  Still tight but loosened a bit after 4km.  Solid stretch down and will do more stretching tonight and hopefully it will pull up well tomorrow.
